Beautiful beachfront views from the room. Accommodations are dated, and we faced issues with cleanliness and maintenance.

Perfect location with direct beach access and beautiful views from the room. The pool area was lively but dirty. Limited parking caused some hassle. Would stay again for the beach and space.

The place was a disaster! The carpet was grimy, the stove rusty, and I spotted a roach by the fridge. No towels or toilet paper for our entire stay, and the staff? Unhelpful and just plain uninterested. Total letdown!

The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The pool area is well-maintained and the tiki hut is a fun spot for drinks in the sunset.
A few things definitely need fixing.

While the beachfront location is stunning and having a kitchen was convenient, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were disappointing. Issues included unclean bathrooms, malfunctioning elevators, and lack of timely service. Attention to detail in housekeeping and upgrades would elevate this resort significantly.

Just an appropriate option for a brief hiatus in Panama City Beach with reasonable value. Beachfront location was great.

Great location, just steps from the beach and Pier Park. the room was outdated and cleanliness was lacking—dirty tub and sticky fridge. The pool was initially closed, and the bed was uncomfortable with unpleasant odors. Staff seemed overwhelmed, taking too long to provide basic necessities like towels. Despite the charm of the tiki bar and the beautiful sunset views, the experience felt compromised by maintenance issues and noise from the surroundings. With some improvements, it could be a much better stay.

The beach access was simply perfect for lazy days in the sun! The pool area was an absolute dream with sun loungers and a relaxing vibe. And can we talk about the staff? They were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special!
Recommend! ❤️🌴

Spending Xmas here had a great ocean view & a cozy suite, perfect for my needs. The location was key for shopping & a music festival. Also, the poolside cocktails were fantastic!
Charged extra fees not mentioned, & staff was unhelpful. Overall, a disappointing experience with a lack of cleanliness & organization.

The room featured a comfortable bed that provided good sleep quality. Two air conditioners kept the space cool, although they were noisy at times. The private balcony offered stunning beach views, enhancing the overall experience. Clean towels were plentiful, but sheets had stains. The décor was outdated, and I noticed some water damage in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the coffee pot had mildew, and the kitchenette lacked basic supplies like dish soap. The elevators were inconvenient due to alignment issues, and cleanliness could be improved. Staff were friendly and attentive, which helped balance out some shortcomings.

I absolutely loved my stay, as the hotel's proximity to the beach was unbeatable, making it easy to stroll along the shoreline anytime I wanted, and the outdoor pool offered stunning ocean views that added to the overall experience; plus, it's a short drive to popular spots like Pier Park and various local eateries, including some great seafood joints and pizza places just a few steps away, perfect for a quick bite after a day exploring. On the other hand, while my room had a beautiful ocean front view, it could definitely use a few updates, especially the stove, but the friendly maintenance staff quickly addressed the issue.

We hit up Bay Point Golf for a rad round and explored Race City - total blast! Roller coasters and arcade games galore. The beach vibes were top-notch, and the view from the balcony was unbeatable.
Could use a livelier nightlife scene for us young party animals.

The beach is stunning, and the balcony view is unbeatable. Comfortable beds, two TVs, and effective air conditioning were welcome perks. The pool and hot tub area is enjoyable, but maintenance issues were evident. Staff responsiveness was inconsistent—some were helpful, others fell short. We encountered significant cleanliness issues, including mold and unprepared rooms, which shouldn't happen, especially at this price point. Parking options were limited, and waiting for the room was frustrating. The experience didn’t match the expectations set by photos and marketing. A fantastic location deserves better management and attention to detail. There’s potential here if improvements are made.

Great beach access and nice outdoor pool. Wi-Fi was unreliable, parking limited.

Our room had a beautiful view from the balcony, perfect for morning coffee.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the value for what we got was worth it.

The view from the room was stunning, with a beautiful beach view that made waking up a joy. The room layout was well-designed, and the grounds were nicely maintained, adding a pleasant vibe to the stay. the location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and the beach.
The room had multiple issues, including old, sagging beds and various maintenance problems like mold around sinks, broken toilet seats, and loose floor tiles. The hot tub was disappointing, offering little more than warm water without proper jets.

First off, the location was solid - super convenient for hitting up the nearby shops and the music festival we were there for. where do I start? The air conditioning was ancient and barely did the job, it was like trying to cool down a sauna. And don't get me started on the heating, non-existent! The bathroom was a whole mess, with water leaks from the ceiling and rusty doorways making it feel like a horror movie set. And guess what? No free toiletries, had to buy my own soap and toilet paper at the store! As for the staff, well, let's just say, they were a special kind of unhelpful. Had to wait forever for towels and toilet paper, and when we asked for management, got brushed off like we were the ones inconveniencing them. The front desk experience was a disaster too - one person manning it with a long line of guests waiting, not a great look. Oh, and parking? Had to park across the street and dodge traffic just to get to the hotel. And with the ongoing construction adding to the chaos, it was a real hassle. Honestly, for the price I paid, I expected way better. The property felt rundown, like it was waiting for a renovation that was long overdue. On the bright side, the ocean view was pretty sweet and the staff, when they were available, were respectful. But overall, my Beachcomber experience left a lot to be desired.

The course was challenging, perfect for pretending I'm a professional golfer. Barefoot Hide A Way Bar & Grill served up delicious food. Miller Pier was great for fishing, caught a shoe instead of a fish, oops!
Who needs more than 2 towels for a 4-night stay anyway? .

we had a fantastic stay at beachcomber beachfront hotel, a by the sea resort. the room was spacious with a kitchenette and separate living room, providing ample space for us. the decor was upscale, the bed was comfortable, and the view of the beach from our balcony was stunning. we also enjoyed the pool, spa, and tiki bar. the location was great, close to a grocery store and quiet with minimal traffic. the separate bedroom and living room were a plus, allowing us to have different schedules without disturbing each other.
None 😊

Our family had a blast at Race City, home to the coolest arcade in town with the wildest roller coaster by the beach! It was non-stop fun for both parents and kids, filled with thrilling rides and arcade games for unforgettable family moments.
My wife says that more kid-friendly activities like a children's play area would enhance the family experience.

Had a fantastic time at this beachfront hotel in Panama City Beach. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, right by the pier and Pier Park. The beach was beautiful and not overcrowded, which was a pleasant surprise. The amenities like the outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were a nice addition. The room was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen, which was convenient for making meals. a great experience for a family vacation.
The only issue we encountered was with the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. There were some maintenance issues like a hole in the shower wall and peeling ceiling paint.
